Shipping Policy:

  • Every order will ship between 1-3 business days, and arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Default shipping is via USPS first class, Priority Flat Rate on some packages over 15 oz.
  • After your package ships you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
  • Orders are a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 for under $75, free shipping on orders over $75.
  • USPS Shipping with Insurance included is available for $6
  • We will not replace or refund any package that is marked as “Delivered” according to the USPS tracking site. If your package is marked as delivered and does not show up, it is an issue with your local post office or theft, and is not the responsibility of Arisha to replace or refund your items. We have the option available to you to add insurance to your delivery on the checkout page.
  • If your package appears to be “lost” please contact us for steps to help you find your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been scanned into the U.S Postal Service system. We have the option available to you to add insurance or signature delivery on the checkout page.

Return Policy:
Any orders with damaged or defective products or orders missing items, we will either refund or ship another depending on your preference.
