We do not have a PayPal option integrated at this time because PayPal does not accept CBD sales.
What is the shipping policy?
- Every order will ship between 1-3 business days, and arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Default shipping is via USPS first class, Priority on some packages over 15 oz.
- After your package ships you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
- Orders are a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 for under $75, free shipping on orders over $75.
- USPS Shipping with Insurance included is available for $6
- We will not replace or refund any package that is marked as “Delivered” according to the USPS tracking site. If your package is marked as delivered and does not show up, it is an issue with your local post office or theft, and is not the responsibility of Arisha™ to replace or refund your items. We have the option available to you to add insurance or signature delivery on the checkout page.
- If your package appears to be “lost” please contact us for steps to help you find your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been scanned into the U.S Postal Service system. We have the option available to you to add insurance or signature delivery on the checkout page.
What is your return policy?
- We cannot guarantee how you will respond to CBD. We stand behind our products. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any orders with damaged or defective products or orders missing items, we will either refund or ship another depending on your preference.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to all 50 U.S states.
Can I add to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. You can place a second order, and they will be combined.
Are you able to hold my package if there is bad weather in my area or I am in the process of moving?
Yes. In the event of a hurricane, wildfires, or any other event that is causing shipping delays, we can hold your package here as long as you’d like. If you are in the process of moving, or for any other circumstance we can hold your order as well. Please email us immediately after your order if you would like this package to be held.
Can I have rush shipping?
If you need your order sent Express, please contact email@example.com We will invoice you the expedited fee in a separate invoice.
If there is something wrong with my order who should I contact?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with your order and we will help you! If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately so we can change it before the package goes out.
